Ribbon Master is a fan term referring to a Pokémon that has earned all of the Ribbons that its species can obtain.
History
Prior to the release of Sword and Shield, the term referred to a Pokémon that had earned the maximum number of Ribbons. A Pokémon that meets this original definition is now referred to as a True Ribbon Master.
As of Generation IX, the maximum number of Ribbons a single Pokémon can have at once is 89, if the Ribbons that make up the Gold Contest Memory Ribbon and Gold Battle Memory Ribbon are counted separately.
A 90th Ribbon, the World Ability Ribbon, can be earned by using unofficial servers to access the Wi-Fi Battle Room in the Battle Tower.
