This card was first released in the English EX Hidden Legends expansion before the release of its Japanese print. In Japan, it was released as a PCG-P Promotional card as part of a McDonald's campaign in January 2005.

Origin

Flail and Bite are both moves in the Pokémon games. Totodile could learn Bite when this card was released but remained unable to learn Flail until the release of Pokémon Platinum.
