Tetsuo Hara (Japanese: 原 哲夫 Hara Tetsuo; born September 2, 1961) is a Japanese manga artist and illustrator who has contributed artwork to the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Hara is best known as the co-creator and illustrator of the manga Fist of the North Star with writer Buronson; it is one of the best-selling manga in history, with over 100 million copies sold. Hara has also illustrated the manga Hana no Keiji and the Fist of the North Star prequel Fist of the Blue Sky.

Thus far, Hara has illustrated 1 card, which is Palafin ex from the Prismatic Evolutions special expansion (the Japanese Terastal Fest ex subset).

For the Palafin ex illustration, Hara stated that he aimed to add his own appeal of "coolness", which he is particular about, to the card art while maintaining the Pokémon style. He paid special attention to the reflections of the light and the water, and created the appearance of Palafin's fists leaving afterimages. The main fists are given red coloring to make them stand out.[1]
