I created the template to use their as a gender neutral word. It's also a complimentary tag to {{User Dex}}.

Now as a change, I'd suggest using {{{3|their}}} so that users that wish to change it may. Any comments on this? Gywall^(Talk) 20:54, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
