Thanks for your help in making this User Tag guys, it's realy apreciated as a Noob to pretty much all of wiki-media's inner codings. --Conan-san 08:48, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

Use of it

So, what do you think? I used the examples of the "main countries" that the languages of EP call home. I tried to use the colors of the flags and a national symbol of each country... Dunno, what's everyone think? TTEchidna 09:02, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

I guess they're good, but I'm not from any of these countries, so, we need the opinion from a native person. -うずまき ハルカ 16:27, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

I like them. Saves up 20x more space in the Other tags category... Tinaδ 16:35, 18 November 2007 (UTC)
Um, why is Pidgeot for America??? --Theryguy512 18:34, 18 November 2007 (UTC)
Scrath that, I get it now, its supposed to be an Eagle.... --Theryguy512 18:35, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

Why Staraptor for Germany, Togekiss for Poland, or Luxray for France? Shiny?! 18:44, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

Germany: also an eagle. Poland: White eagle. France: the coat of arms has a lion on it. TTEchidna 01:57, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

Oh, okay. Makes sense now. But if it is also an eagle for Germany, why isn't it a Pidgeot like U.S.A.??? --Theryguy512 01:59, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

Because it's strange the same Pokémon for 2 different countries. -うずまき ハルカ 14:52, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

No, no. It's cuz their coat of arms has a black eagle on it. YinYang1195 19:54, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

And Staraptor matches the flag colorscheme, too, since it's greyish-black, red, and yellow. TTEchidnaFire echyGSDS! 03:46, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

Hey, I have an idea! Why don't we make a bunch of these to make it easier for people to use this tag! They could just copy it and paste it into their user page. I'll start. I made one for Bangladesh. It has red and green like the flag. I used gold writing because the flag used to have a gold map on it. I used Lileep because there's a water lilly on the coat of arms. Any other ideas? YinYang1195 00:02, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

I liked YinYang's idea (but, remember, there are more than 200 countries in the world!). Well, here is my Tag for Brazil. The yellow, green and blue are there 'cause they're our flag colors. About Tropius, the green of the Brazilian flag, the brown in this Pokémon remember me the African descents in Brazil ( around 50% of the Brazilians have black skin). -うずまき ハルカ 00:18, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

I'm making a list. Here's England's, with a Bronzong on it (Big Ben's the bell, you know, not the clock), since when everyone thinks "England", they think "Big Ben". TTEchidnaGSDS! 04:13, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

I made Australia tag. Kangaskhan: Australia is famous for kangaroos. Colors: Pale colors because their Coat of Arms is pale, and blue because the flag is blue. --Theryguy512 22:31, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

I have a suggestion for this template. I had to remove all insertable options as it was not displaying properly, so if this template gets the "okay" sign, they will have to be readded.

The basis idea is to replace the comes from line with [[Special:RandomInCategory/Users from the United States|<span style'color: #222">comes from</span>]] I used the United States for an example. PikaTepig999 10:14, 31 July 2014 (UTC)
