Usage
Parameters: position : "only", "Top" or "Bottom" usage on the page. Anything else will result in a 'middle' usage. Defaults to "only". type : TCG colour for the background, and border if type2 is not set. type2 : optional secondary colour for the border. Set to "Plasma" for Plasma cards, others must be valid tcg xxx color templates. print : Text in the 'print' header. text : The text on the card. reprint : set to "no" if the header needs to be switched off despite multiple uses.
