Add parameter

Done. . . I think. I copied the code from the Gen IV section and changed the colours and parameters. If any one move needs both the FRLG and E parameters it'll break though, just as the HGSS and PtHGSS parameters can't both be used at the same time. Werdnae (talk) 21:53, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
