All parameters are case sensitive.

Parameter	Allowed values	Notes
1 (unnamed)	off • rom • offrom	The type of the translation/romanisation used for the title, which changes the notice text. off: The name currently in use is the official English translation of the <lang> name. rom: The name currently in use is a fan romanization of the <lang> name. offrom: The name currently in use is the official romanization of the <lang> name. default: The name currently in use is a fan translation of the <lang> name.
lang	String	Optional. The language the title is translated from. Defaults to Japanese.
cat	String	Optional. Mainly intended to be left blank to supress the category included by default. Defaults to Category:Articles with no official English name.
