The template {{form}} allows for linking to sections in the List of Pokémon with form differences article.

See {{fd}} for linking to the form data section of a species page.

How to use

To link to a section, simply put {{form|Pokémon's name|display}}. The display parameter is optional and defaults to the value of the Pokémon's name parameter.
