{{file}} is used to link to file pages on Bulbagarden Archives.

It is usually preferable to link to the file page on the Bulbagarden Archives, as files are not hosted directly on Bulbapedia.

{{img}} is a redirect to this template.

Important: This template relies on an interwiki link. This means, if the link is invalid it won't show as a redlink. It is therefore crucial that the link is checked before the page is saved.

How to use

This template can be used in-line with text, like a regular link.

The template uses the following syntax:

{{file|<<file name>>|<<alternative title>>}}

For example,

{{file|Example.png}}

will create: Example.png

and

{{file|Example.png|Example text}}

will create: Example text
