{{aniseries}} is used for linking to the Pokémon animated series or its sub-series, with italics automatically included when appropriate.

Template fields

field 1 (series) (optional) - A name or abbreviation for a sub-series. Valid values and their outputs are as follows:
- PTS or PtS - Pokémon the Series
- OS or original - Pokémon the Series: The Beginning
- GS or Gold and Silver - Pokémon the Series: Gold and Silver
- AG, RS, or Ruby and Sapphire - Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire
- DP or Diamond and Pearl - Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl
- BW or Black and White - Pokémon the Series: Black & White
- XY or XYZ - Pokémon the Series: XY
- SM or Sun and Moon - Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon
- JN or Journeys - Pokémon Journeys: The Series
- HZ or Horizons - Pokémon Horizons: The Series
field 2 (custom text) (optional) - Custom text for the link to display as. Note that this is not italicized by default.
