Fields for {{5v}}

• 1 - First game of the first pair
• 2 - Second game of the first pair
• 3 - Third game. This must be the lone version
• 4 - Fourth game, i.e. first game of the second pair
• 5 - Fifth game, i.e. second game of the second pair
• 6 - Conjunction modifier, between the second-last and last game names. Defaults to and. Changing this does not remove the comma after the second-last game.
