On the List of moves that confuse, it says Water Pulse has a 20% chance to cause confusion (personally, I thought it was 30%). Which one should be changed? King Neoterikos 04:23, 25 April 2009 (UTC)

Does Milotic learn Water Pulse at 13, or 20? Because on Milotic's page it says 13, however on here it says 20. Kalinalurik 03:48, 30 October 2009 (UTC)
