If target is already poisoned...

Can this move be used repeatedly to have the speed-lowering effect even though the target is already poisoned (like Swagger still raising the Attack of an already-confused target) or will it fail due to the target already being poisoned? How it works in this situation is not mentioned on the page, but I figure it should be. FnrrfYgmSchnish (talk) 01:34, 15 January 2017 (UTC)

The Speed will continue to drop, though there will be indication that the target is already poisoned. ^ht14 06:15, 15 January 2017 (UTC)
