Steel type

I had Fezandipiti use Heat Wave on a Skarmory, Toxic Chain activated and the Skarmory was poisoned. Please confirm if Toxic Chain can bypass the Steel type’s immunity to being poisoned. - unsigned comment from HugzPoisons (talk • contribs)

I don't think so, as someone who just took on Titan Fezandipiti with an Orthworm (who was also Tera Steel), I was not Poisoned. I would suggest that the reason Skarmory was Poisoned was that Skarmory is a Steel and Flying Type, meaning the Poisoning Check saw the Flying Type and as such, activated the Toxic Chain. --Pokemon26 (talk) 03:15, 29 July 2025 (UTC)
