Capitalization

Good catch, however, technically, it's allowable for forms of "to be" to be noncapped in title case. Fourth rule for articles, seventh for headers. That's what echy sez. Plus, eh, "Is" doesn't look good capitalized in the middle of a title. TTEchidna 22:19, 31 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
