Steel-type Steelworker?

Hypothetically if a steel type managed to gain this ability will the STAB damage carry over or will it remains at 50%? Example could be a skill swap bronzor/bronzong or a roleplay pawniard/bisharp Badwolf1234 (talk) 14:57, 28 February 2017 (UTC)

I haven't tested this myself, but I am almost certain that the STAB damage will carry over, as STAB damage and Ability modifiers are applied separately (see Damage). --Felthry (talk) 16:29, 28 February 2017 (UTC)
