Trivia incomplete and inaccurate

On the whole, this page is wonderfully concise, explaining the formula, common nerfs and Mewtwo armored exception.

However, the Zacian and Zamazenta stats are NOT reflecting generation IX values, they are the generation VIII values with standard 9% reductions.

Furthermore the Qwilfish observation is correct, but it isn't unique as the same observation stands for Electrode and Hisuian Electrode

The following Pokemon are still using generation Vi stats:

Arbok, Farfetchd, Dodrio, Electrode, Exeggutor, Noctowl, Ariados, Qwilfish, Magcargo, Corsola, Mantine

This is made somewhat odd, as Alakazam correctly uses generation VII stats

The following Pokémon have always not made sense

Dugtrio (Gen 6 attack, defense 2 points too low), Melmetal (stamina 4 points too high), Togetic, Mantine, Skarmory and Miltank are each lacking one point from attack Jarrod (talk) 19:56, 23 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Following the formulas for HP stat calculation on this article leads to some Pokémon's HP stats falling short by 1 point. I've found no pattern to this error, but some examples I've found are: Necrozma (All forms), Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem (All forms), Dialga (Both Forms), Palkia (Both Forms), Regigigas, Rayquaza, Groudon and Kyogre. I know the answer, you won't like it though as it makes things ugly. Notice how all your examples are legendary Pokémon that get nerfed.
If the Pokémon is nerfed, such as the common 0.91 multiplier, the calculation is
round((50+1.75×HP)×nerf) - round to closest whole number
If there is no nerf, the calculation is
floor(50+1.75xHP) - always round down to the previous whole number Jarrod (talk) 03:00, 18 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
This works. Thank you!
It should definitely be mentioned on the page somewhere that you're supposed to round normally instead of floor when a nerf is applied, though.
This was driving me nuts because I re-read the page multiple times trying to find anything I missed 😅 Gohrdahn (talk) 22:08, 22 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
Something like
Note: If the value of Nerf is <1, the final value of the HP stat, specifically, should be rounded to the closest integer instead of rounded down. Gohrdahn (talk) 22:34, 22 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
