there is no rarity symbol for Promo. I know it might not be applicable in physical cards but in the TCGO the Black Star Promo symbol is used both as the set symbol and the rarity symbol

No Online deck access code

This deck does not include an online deck access code. Online symbol is only an indication that the booster packs contain online access codes according Pokemon customer support

I bought 2 Red Genesect collections neither contain access codes for the deck Indigo451 (talk) 05:20, 29 October 2013 (UTC)
