Talk:Quick Draw (Ability)

The effect of this ability is that it allows the user to go first if they are using an attacking move. I can't tell if this just moves them to the top of the priority bracket order or increases priority. The activation condition seems to require that the opponent be targeting the quick draw pokemon with an attack on the same turn, but it doesn't have to be a damaging move. The User has to have high HP I think? Otherwise have not yet received damage in the battle?
