Quasartico - Name origins

Quasartico is obviously a play on Quasar, which is interesting for 2 reasons

1. The relationship Rayquaza has to mega evolution
2. A possible paldean connection, due to the particularly Spanish construction of the word in a game with otherwise french place names, and the whole stellar/star/quasar connections
