not all Black Box machine exchanges listed?

I was reading the Game Center page, and noticed the list of fixed input/output exchanges were not present. There's around 30 "recipes" for this and they seem to start functioning after you beat the game/watch the credits (I'm not certain if they work before that). I asked why they were absent there, but while checking this page I noticed that only a select few (e.g. Mankey/Moltres/Zapdos/Articuno/Dragonite) Black Box trades were listed here as well. It can be easier to collect extra copies of Promotional cards with the Black Box trading recipes than it is to randomly receive them from winning the Challenge Cups repeatedly.
