Power Gem:Trivia Section
I think it should be noted that many Pokémon which seem to be bound to learn Power Gem,don't.For example:Uxie,Azelf and Mesprit:the gems on their foreheads are one of the most important physical traits!Same with Dialga and Palkia! ...Maybe they didn't want all Sinnoh main legends to know this move?
