Nihil Light is Not-Very-Effective on Fairy/Steel Pokémon

I did some research and found that Nihil Light does not hit Fairy-Type Pokémon for Neutral Damage regardless of their Secondary Type. Vena Cava (talk) 09:10, 5 November 2025 (UTC)

Are we sure that's only 1 frame of startup?

I've seen multiple instances where Mega Zygarde dies while using Nihil Light because it got hit before the move came out, during the animation where it points the cannon down and then charges energy (the latter of which does not happen for other moves, such as Earth Power). Can someone explain why it's listed as 1 charge frame? ButSmeargleCan'tUseTheMove (talk) 14:18, 16 February 2026 (UTC)
