A female Milotic, when bred with a male Mantine, produces the move Water Pulse, not Confuse Ray. I just hatched two Feebas eggs with those parents. SmoothOperator 18:45, 8 May 2011 (UTC)

That's just because the Mantine knew Water Pulse, which in Generation IV was a TM move learnable by Feebas, and therefore heritable. Did the Mantine even know Confuse Ray? And did the Feebas inherit any other moves? --Andy^P_K^M_N (talk) 20:27, 8 May 2011 (UTC)
