Talk:List of games by release date

Box art

I think this article would be better if we used the box arts of the games instead just links. Luan (talk) 14:13, 21 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

That kind of layout massively increases the size of each entry on the list. For that kind of style, you can see Pokémon games. --SnorlaxMonster 00:12, 22 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

PC games?

I was thrown off by TCGO being included but not Pokémon Card Game Online, and after adding the latter I noticed the article stating that PC games aren't included. I'm not entirely sure what the reasoning behind this is? In the case of the other two categorically excluded types of game it makes sense, as there isn't substantial overlap between them and games included in the list, but TCGO is very much a PC game, so why is it more valid as an entry than Card Game Online just for releasing on mobile? I'm genuinely just curious to know the rationale behind this choice more than anything. I understand excluding non-game software, but the list includes plenty of things matching that description that came out on console and mobile. Chickenzes (talk) 09:20, 2 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

Should release dates for mainland China be added?

Seeing as how there have been some Pokemon games officially released in that region in the past few years (LGPE, Quest, New Pokemon Snap, etc.), it would make sense for this region to be added. I've even see it added to some games individual pages if they had a mainland China release. Torpoleon (talk) 17:18, 27 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
