Manaphy Egg should be listed as a game-based distribution

Taking a quick glance at the "List of Pokémon Eggs from in-game events" article, it seems that all Pokémon obtained from eggs are also listed on their games' respective in-game event Pokémon articles, with Manaphy being the only notable exception.
