Question About Sandy

Did this episode confirmed that Lana has no intention of evolving Sandy into a Vaporeon or did she previously made that decision in a previous episode? I'm only asking cause in this episode, Chloe asked Lana which Eeveelution she planned on evolving Sandy into and that she and her Eevee met many trainers with all of the Eeveelutions and are indecisive on which Eeveelution to evolve Eevee into. Lana's response was that there's one more route, the Eevee route, like Ash's Pikachu.
