Ice Scales should not be a variation of Huge Power

How exactly is Ice Scales a "variation" of Huge Power? It has nothing to do with doubling a stat. It rather cuts the damage taken by attacks that utilize the attacker's Special Attack stat in half. It's a damage reduction, not a stat modification. Acumenium (talk) 21:46, 6 October 2020 (UTC)
