Underwater

I've written that the underwater section was introduced in ORAS since there was no mention of anything underwater for earlier games. But I notice it says Dive is needed in Emerald. I haven't played Emerald so I don't know if that's the case. Can someone who does know update the article accordingly? Similarly for Route 130. Oatzy (talk) 04:08, 6 December 2014 (UTC)
