Yellow Blast? Or Extreme Speed?

The Shiny Lucario was shown to be moving at blindingly fast speed. Is it possible that it knows Extreme Speed? Or is this just a minor quirk to show why it's called the "Yellow Blast"? It hasn't been shown moving like this after Roy catches it, so I'm not sure if this is really Extreme Speed or not. --PKMNAdventurer (talk) 20:15, 2 November 2025 (UTC)
