Ash using an evolutionary stone

This episode is obviously the first in which Ash uses an evolutionary stone to make a Pokémon evolve. But is it the only one so far or are there others? --Pokeresp 09:28, 8 June 2008 (UTC)

It's the only one, I believe.
Of course, it's not the only evolution item Ash won that was used to evolve someone else's Pokémon. Remember Misty's Politoed? --Shiningpikablu252 19:35, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
OK, then it should be added to the trivia. --Pokeresp 23:29, 8 June 2008 (UTC)

Dub edits error

For the error in dub where it states that Brock was thinking about String Cheese the old lady wants when to tell her long life story to them. I believed that Brock believes that he could munch on something while he hears the story since Ash, Misty, Todd and even Brock himself believe that this could take ages listening to her 50 years of life story. --Successor

Errors: another interpretation?

Under errors it says: "After viewing Articuno's Pokédex entry, Ash says "Wow, imagine if it was really real." despite the fact he had previously encountered an Articuno in The Power of One and should therefore know that it is real." What if Ash meant: "Wow, imagine if it was really real [that you would shoot one with your camera, Todd]." Todd, not surprisingly, misinterprets it and says: "It [=Articuno] is [real]." In that case Ash does remember he has seen an Articuno. It doesn't mean anything that Ash views Articuno's Pokédex entry, since he does that with Pokémon he has already seen as well.
