Why is this redirecting?

I was goofing off and seeing what leads to Pokémon TCG Card Dex only to bump into this redirect. What is it for? Genuinely confused, really considering changing the target of this redirect because I can't think of a reason why this page is redirecting to Rotation (TCG) except for really old promotional material.
