Simmilarity with Mouri Detective Agency

I've notice simmilarity between Baker Detective Agency with Mouri Detective Agency in Detective Conan A.K.A Case Closed. The location in above café (Hi-Hat Café in Detective Pikachu and Café Poirot in Detective Conan) makes it simmilar. But the difference is in the stair position.
