Release information

This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art card in the Roaring Skies expansion, first released in the Japanese Emerald Break expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Ayaka Yoshida, while the Full Art print features artwork by Ryo Ueda. The Regular print was reprinted as a Mirror Reverse Holofoil in the Japanese Premium Champion Pack.

The Regular print was reprinted in the Japanese The Best of XY subset. A new Full Art print, with artwork by TOKIYA and also featuring Mega Rayquaza from this card's original expansion, was also released in the subset. This print was later released in English in the Premium Trainer's XY Collection as a Yellow A Alternate card. The Regular print was reprinted as a Non Holofoil in the Japanese Extra Regulation Box released on October 4, 2019.

Rulings

• This card was banned starting on November 27, 2020, from all sanctioned Pokémon TCG tournaments using the Expanded format due to the introduction of Scoop Up Net allowing repeated uses of its Ability for an early setup.
  • It remains banned even after Scoop Up Net was later banned.
