Ryōtarō Okiayu
Ryōtarō Okiayu (Japanese: 置鮎 龍太郎 Okiayu Ryōtarō) is a Japanese voice actor for Pokémon the Series and Pokémon Horizons: The Series.
Biography
Okiayu was born on November 17, 1969 in Kitakyushu, Japan, and became an actor as an adult. He originally voiced a character-of-the-day in Pokémon the Series before returning to the franchise in over two decades later in New Pokémon Snap and later Pokémon Horizons: The Series.
