Release information

This card was included as a Regular card and a Secret card in the English Shining Legends expansion, first released in the Japanese Shining Legends subset. Both prints feature artwork by 5ban Graphics. A Full Art print was also included in the Japanese Shining Legends subset, with artwork also by 5ban Graphics.

Thunder is a move in the Pokémon games that Alolan Raichu can learn via TM25. Voltail's Japanese name is that of Volt Tackle, a move in the Pokémon games that Raichu can learn via prior evolution.
