Pokémon X Weekly Shōnen Jump
Pokémon X Weekly Shōnen Jump (Japanese: ポケモン × 週刊少年ジャンプ), also known as Weekly Shōnen Jump × Pokémon Mega High Summer Campaign! (Japanese: 週刊少年ジャンプ×Pokémon 夏のメガ盛りキャンペーン！), is a collaboration between Pokémon and Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump, featuring illustrations drawn by various manga artists of currently serialized manga series with the protagonists from their respective series paired with various Pokémon. The group illustration was featured on the cover of Weekly Shōnen Jump Issue #36/37 released on August 4, 2025.
History
The collaboration was first announced on social media posts of official Japanese Pokémon accounts[1][2] and the Shonen Jump Editorial Department[3] at X (Twitter) on July 27, 2025 with illustrations of Monkey D. Luffy and Pikachu (One Piece), Chinatsu Kano and Totodile (Blue Box), and Roboco and Mega Blaziken (Me & Roboco) released in advance.
Illustrations of Taro Sakamoto and Chikorita (Sakamoto Days), Chihiro Rokuhira and Tepig (Kagurabachi), and Ichi and Mega Gallade (Ichi the Witch) were later released on the @poke_times Twitter account[4] on August 3, 2025, the day before Weekly Shōnen Jump Issue #36/37 went on sale.
Special collaboration stickers based on the aforementioned illustrations were also included in the printed issues.
