The Pokémon Center Tohoku 2017 reopening merchandise was a series of goods released to commemorate the reopening of Pokémon Center Tohoku on June 30, 2017.[1]
The merchandise features Pikachu dressed in different Pokémon themed ponchos, as well as merchandise themed around the Tanabata Festival, that was occurring in Sendai at the same time as the store opening.
These items were available at Pokémon Center Tohoku and the other Pokémon Center stores across Japan, as well as Pokémon Center Online and the Pokémon Store on Amazon.co.jp.

Customers who made purchases at Pokémon Centers or Pokémon Stores in Japan between June 30 - July 23, 2017, received a "special clear card". Customers who spent ¥5,000 or more at Pokémon Center Tohoku received a Orihime & Hikoboshi Pikachu Charm, while stocks lasted.[2]
