In Japan only, all prints of this card received errata to be played as a Supporter card upon the introduction of the mechanic.

Trivia

This card's pre-Japanese errata effect is identical to Rare Candy's effect from the Black & White Series onward.

Origin

As clarified by this card's Japanese name, this card is based on the Day-Care Man. Specifically, it is based on the Day-Care Man who runs the Pokémon Day Care on Route 5.
