Release information

This card was included as a Regular card and a Full Art ultra rare card in the Twilight Masquerade expansion, first released in the Japanese Transformation Mask expansion. Both prints feature artwork by PLANETA Mochizuki.

An SVP Promotional print with artwork by the same illustrator was available in the Palafin ex Box, released on June 21, 2024. An oversized version was also included in the box. In Japan, the SVP Promotional print is included in the Terastal Fest ex subset alongside a Full Art special illustration rare card with new artwork by Tetsuo Hara.

A large-scale poster of the Terastal Fest ex special illustration rare print of this card is put on display in the entrance to the MAGNET by Shibuya109 shopping mall from December 2 to December 8, 2024.[1][2]

Origin

This card features Palafin's Hero Form. Hero's Spirit's effect refers back to Zero to Hero, Palafin's Ability. Giga Impact is a move in the Pokémon games that Palafin can learn via TM.
