Release information
This card was included in the Evolutions expansion, first released in the Expansion Pack 20th Anniversary subset in Japan. It was also one of the Prerelease cards for the expansion. Gold foil "Staff" stamped prints were given to those overseeing the events. An exclusive Cracked Ice Holofoil variant was included in the Mewtwo MayhemTheme Deck.
In the Scarlet & Violet Series, this card was reprinted in Holofoil with its original Evolutions artwork for the Blastoise & Suicune ex deck of the Pokémon Trading Card Game Classic. This reprint lacks a regulation mark and is thus not legal for tournament play.
