Link Charges

Link Charges are a currency in Pokémon GO. They are stored in the Link Holder. Players can acquire Link Charges by completing weekly challenges, opening Gifts from Friends, and checking into select community meetups via Campfire. Link Charges are used to participate in Mega Raids and Super Mega Raids. Outside of certain events, players can only hold up to 600 Link Charges in the Link Holder.

Uses

Mega Raids

Main article: Mega Raid

When participating in a Mega Raid or Super Mega Raid locally, 200 Link Charges can be used to join instead of a Premium Battle Pass. Joining a Super Mega Raid remotely requires both a Remote Raid Pass and Link Charges. Unlike Raid Passes, Link Charges are not spent unless the player is victorious.
