Kiyomitsu Mizuuchi (Japanese: 水内清光 Mizuuchi Kiyomitsu) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Mizuuchi was born on November 17, 1960, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. He started work on the Pokémon anime with Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon, where he voiced recurring antagonist Viren. He is currently affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production.
