Kazuhisa Uragami
Kazuhisa Uragami (Japanese: 浦上和久) is a Tokyo-based illustrator who has contributed to the Pokémon Trading Card Game. His first card was Misdreavus from the Ascended Heroes expansion.
Kazuhisa is an award-winning artist who has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators, among others.[1] Outside Pokémon, he typically illustrates advertisements and book covers.[1][2]
