This card was designed for the cancelled Jamboree set, and never officially released. Only two copies are known to exist, although it is thought that four were created during playtesting.

Trivia

• This card was likely designed because Wizards of the Coast's staff were chosen to portray Lt. Surge and his Gym at Tropical Mega Battle, which led to them developing an affinity for Lightning Pokémon. At the time, Wizards of the Coast staff believed that Lightning-based decks were too weak and were looking to strengthen them.
