Release information
In Japan, this card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art card in the Double Blaze expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Megumi Mizutani, while the Full Art print features artwork by TOKIYA. The Regular print was included in the Unbroken Bonds and Hidden Fates expansions; the Full Art print was also included in the Hidden Fates expansion. The Regular print was later released as part of the Japanese Tag All Stars subset.

Giovanni was formerly the head of Team Rocket and Gym Leader of Viridian City in the Pokémon games. His room in the Team Rocket Hideout as it appears in Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! is featured in the Regular print's illustration.
