In Japan, this card was released as one of the SM-P Promotional cards and was one of two cards available in the Pokémon Center Tokyo DX Special Box, released on March 14, 2018.

Origin
As one of the mascots for showcasing the cultural diversity of Tokyo, this Pikachu resembles a traditional hikeshi, firefighter, established during the Edo period following numerous devastating fires. It comes complete with a Poliwhirl-themed matoi, a flag used to warn people of nearby fires.
Firefighting is an attack that first appeared on Psyduck from Boundaries Crossed. Quick Attack is a move in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Moon.
