Release information

In Japan, this card was released as a Holofoil S-P Promotional card and was given to people who took part in V Start Battle ~Get Eevee~ events held at participating stores hosting Pokémon Card Gym meetings beginning July 23, 2020. These events required players to purchase or bring in one of the V Starter Decks at a venue and use it in matches. It was given away again to participants of V Starter Deck Beginner Enhanced Battle events, held at Pokémon Card Gym venues from December 5, 2020. These events required players to purchase two Shiny Star V booster packs at a venue and integrate at least one card into an existing V Starter Deck, which could be brought in or purchased at a venue. Participants of these events were also given an Easy Manual with tips on how to modify their base deck as well as an exclusive Eevee coin. This card features the V Starter Deck logo.
