Release information

This card was included as a Holofoil and Non Holofoil card in the Expedition Base Set, first released in the Base Expansion Pack in Japan. The symbols within the Energy costs on both prints are larger than they should be. The Non Holo print was one of seven test cards made by Wizards of the Coast before the expansion's release. These cards have "For Position Only" print on the illustration in white, "Medium" printed below the e-Reader symbol, a long e-Reader data strip, no "ID:" before the card ID, and a Wizards copyright instead of Nintendo. This print has the Energy, name, and damage of Mud Slap oriented lower to the line break and the name oriented to the left.

Trivia

Origin

Mud-Slap and Magnitude are both moves in the Pokémon games that Dugtrio can learn. This card's e-Reader Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Crystal.
